MINIMUM TIME REQUIREMENTS
The DRE requires a minimum of 18 days, from the time you have access to your course material, to complete each course consecutively.

MAXIMUM TIME REQUIREMENTS
The DRE allows a maximum of one year, from the date of enrollment, to complete each real estate course. Course completion includes taking and passing the course final examination before the course expiration.
